30-Day Price Match Policy

Should an item within your order go on sale on our same website, Zemorn offers a 30-Day price match policy from the date of purchase. Please note that this excludes Clearance, Flash Deals price reductions, or items outside the 30-day guarantee time-frame. Additionally, this policy does not apply to any bundle sales ('Buy Together' sales).

Guidelines and limitations

• The item must be an identical item, including the same brand name, size, weight, color, quantity, and model number.
• You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
• The item must be in stock on our website upon requesting Price Match.

Zemorn reserves the right to explain the terms of the Price Match Policy.

Zemorn Return Policy

Eligible items must be new, unused, and returned within 30 days of receipt with valid proof of purchase.

Key Return Scenarios

1. Quality Issues / Shipping Damage: Report within 7 days to receive a free refund, replacement, or repair.
2. Wrong or Missing Items: Report within 7 days. We will verify and either resend the correct items, issue a refund, or offer an exchange.
3. Incorrect Shipping Address: Submit at any time. We can assist with reshipping or process a refund. Customers cover redelivery costs or a 20% return shipping fee if the item is returned.
4. Buyer's Remorse: Items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection. Applicable fees:
   • 20% return shipping fee for non-defective returns
   • $59 repackaging fee (waived if original packaging is intact)

Important Exceptions

1. We are not responsible for labor costs or third-party delivery delays.
   → Please confirm all product details before booking external services.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
   • Clearance / final-sale items
   • Customized or made-to-order products
   • Items purchased offline
   • Items labeled "Non-Returnable" on the product page
   • Used, assembled, or disassembled items

Basic Warranty Terms

Products Covered: All furniture

Duration:

• All furniture: 2 years from date of delivery
• Exception: The fabrics, seat cushions, leather covers, and LED lighting components are 1-year warranty and can be replaced at a minimal cost, provided the original warranty documentation is still available.

Notice: Starting July 1st, 2025, the original 1-year warranty has been updated to 2 years — applicable to orders placed on or after this date.

Warranty Agreement and Restrictions

This limited warranty DOES NOT cover any loss and/or damage due to:

1. Improper Use.
2. Accident.
3. Neglect.
4. Acts of God. (Events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.)
5. Improper installation.
6. Improper maintenance and care. (Using abrasive cleaners such as powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, or chlorine, or steel wool, or wire brushes.)
7. Modification, adjustment, or repair.
8. Normal wear and tear from daily use.
