Can I add a guest order to an account I create later?
No. To save an order to your account, please create an account or sign in before placing the order.
Forgot Your Password?
1. Click the account icon in the top right, then select 'Sign In / Register'.
2. Click 'Forgot Password' button.
3. Enter your registered email address and the verification code.
4. Click 'Reset Password'.
5. We will email a password reset link to your registered email address.
Change Account Information
Visit Account to easily update your information: Password and shipping/billing addresses. Once changes are completed, click 'SAVE'.
How to Write a Review?
Go to the product page, scroll to 'Ratings & Reviews', and click 'Write Your Own Review'. Only registered users with a purchase record can write reviews.

Usually, your order will be shipped in separate parcels.

ZEMORN is currently an online-only store. We are exploring in-person experiences and will share updates when available.

ZEMORN Warranty

Furniture: 2-year limited warranty on materials/workmanship. Effective from July 1st, 2025.
